Serenity Hour Yoga & Meditation -- New

Tuesdays 5:30-6:30pm

 It’s the end of the day…maybe you’re on your way home…why not stop and have a little “You Time”.

Allow the body some deep stretching mixed with some relaxing movement.

Allow the mind to slow down with a short guided meditation,

followed up with silent meditation and then

straight up savasana.

This class will leave you feeling leaving you relaxed and at peace with your world.
