Stephanie Hansen
Instructor, 200 hr. Registered Yoga Teacher

"Stephanie began her personal yoga journey in 2008.  She quickly discovered how powerful yoga can be, both on and off the mat.  She has a M.S. in Human Nutrition and while working with clients realized many were missing the mind-body connection that yoga provides.  She felt as though clients weren’t taking better care of themselves because they weren’t living in their bodies and listening to what their bodies needed.  After moving to Albuquerque in 2016, she searched for a yoga teacher training that would enable her to help people find the connection to their true selves.
