  6:30-7:45PM Level 1-2 Yoga and Pilates Blend   Donna Build strength & flexibility.  Feel peaceful and centered.
Tue 10-11:15AM

Level 1 Yoga 

Donna Anti-aging class incorporates breathing, stretching, and strength.  Chairs are offered to help with balance/ease.

De-Stress Yoga Hour 

Donna One hour format offers yoga in & out to fit your busy lifesyle.   
  6:45-8PM Level 1-2 Yoga  Paul Focus on your goals under the masterful, traditional style teaching of Paul. 
Wed 5:45-7PM Fitness Yoga Donna Uses light handweights.  Bands and fitballs can be incorporated.  Pilates used for core strength.  Fun music!
Thu 10-11:15AM Strength and Flow Stephanie **New Class begins Oct. 19th -- Everyone is welcome!

Restorative/Yin Yoga 

Paul Hold gentle, supported poses for extended times, allowing the body to relax.
Fri 10-11AM

Level 1 Yoga 

Donna Refresh your mind & body with stretch, breath, and meditation. 

Power Hour Yoga 


Power up your muscles, de-stress your mind. 

Sat 8-9:15AM Level 1-2-3 Yoga  Paul Challenging.  Knowledge of the basic poses is helpful.

Gentle Yoga + 20 min. guided relaxation 

Janet Move in your body just as you want.  Truly healing for body & mind.  
Sun 10-11AM

Mindful Hour Yoga 

($7.00 walk-in or use pass) 



Gentle Yoga followed by 5-10 minutes of mind-quieting meditation.

Increase your powers of concentration, focus, and mindfulness.

  • Wearing comfortable and stretchable clothing is recommended
  • Please refrain from wearing perfumes to class (some students have sensitivities to scents)
  • Yoga mats provided or bring yours
  • Please arrive to class before it starts to set up your mat & props
