Increase mental clarity, physical strength, flexibiity., and

vitality.  Meditations to clear negative patterns.  Conscious

breathing, deep relaxation with the gong.  All levels welcome.

Stretch, Relax, Breath.  Clear emotional blockages.  Adding 

some core pilates and body strengthening moves.

  • Please refrain from wearing perfumes to class (some students have sensitivities to scents)
  • Yoga mats provided or bring yours
