Donna has taken exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition through CNM. Along her path, she was certified in aerobics and personal training. After discovering the transformative benefits of yoga, she received certifications in yoga at the 500 hour level. Donna says yoga has not only helped her to keep in great shape, but has also given her a deeper appreciation of herself. She encourages others to weave movement into everyday life by finding something that is fun and enjoyable.

Paul Darin

Paul received his RYT certification in Raja Ashtanga Yoga under the guidance of Baba Hari Dass in 2003. He began practicing yoga in 1996 after a car accident, when a chiropractor recommended it. Paul has studied shamanism, clinical hypnotherapy, musculoskeletal anatomy, the tarot, and luthiery (building and repairing of guitars and violins). Paul is also a licensed bodyworker, specializing in shiatsu.

Anne, an avid exerciser most of the last 40 years, has been teaching classes in strength, balance and flexibility at a retirement center for the last 10 years. She has found Pilates to be her most enjoyable and effective form of movement, for mind and body, whether it is mat work or the Pilates Cadillac Reformer.  Trained specifically to work with the elderly, Anne can offer modifications for all abilities and all ages.

Classes include postures to increase mental clarity, physical strength, flexibility & vitality. Meditations to clear negative patterns. Conscious breathing to calm your body and focus your mind. Ending with a deep relaxation. All levels are welcome. Mataji has been teaching Kundalini Yoga for 50 years. Her roots are deep in the practice as she is committed to the profound science and teachings of Kundalini Yoga. She is dedicated to offering the teachings to assist others in discovering the truth in their heart and their true self. She feels strongly that these teachings should be available to all people.

Annette is our resident psychic and she has taken numerous trainings plus using her intuitive gifts of psychic sense.  She is a channeler which means that she taps into her guides and they speak through her.  These guides provide information to humanity from another realm.  As all of us have free will, you can use the information as you like, but does not mean your destiny is set.  Reiki is energy moving through the practitioner to the receiver.  It is similar to massage, but can be hands-free or sent over distances.

I started my vegetarian lifestyle when I was 18 - partly financial and mostly to tick off my parents
